Hi Shivansh ,

Thanks for your question.

It's hard to say what's going on here without more details, and I couldn't find any info about your compressor type.

But it sounds there is something from with either

  • the inlet valve
  • the inlet valve control system

The inlet valve is the big valve that sits on top of the compressor element. The air inlet filter connects to the inlet valve.

When it's closed, the compressor runs unloaded. There's no air being sucked in. When it's open, the compressor runs loaded. Air is being sucked in and the compressor is pumping air.

99% of inlet valve's are controlled by compressed air (control air). And this control air is controlled by solenoid valves. Pneumatic valves that open and close by an electrical signal.

Please check those systems and please check the solenoid valves and control air system is working correctly.

About the oil. It depends on the system, but of this blow-off valve is integrated in the load/unload system. If it stays open, air is continuously blown off and oil will come out as well.

Hope this helps! Good luck!
