I have Atlas Copco compressor GA55 FF/ 2007  model with integrated dryer which is having problem of safety valve blowing before reach set point (unloading pressure). 


Please advice...

Hi,

The pressure sensor on this model is AFTER the integrated dryer.

If there is a blockage in the dryer, the compressor pressure will rise until the safety valve blows.

The most common problem here is that the dryer temperature is below 0 and if freezes shut.

Please check the dryer temperature first, what is it?
