New Troubleshooting Guide

Yes! I did it. I just finished my latest and greatest guide: the Rotary Screw Air Compressor Troubleshooting Guide.

It has taken some time longer than expected, but I wanted to be sure I covered all common air compressor problems in detail. Plus I have added many (many!) troubleshooting flowchart, which I think will be of tremendous help to anybody with air compressor problems.

Here it is:

I believe even non-technical compressor owners will be able to troubleshoot basic problems themselves with my new guide.

This guide is all about oil-injected rotary screw compressors, and I will make the same kind of guides for other types of compressors: reciprocating piston compressors to start with, followed by portable (diesel / tow behind) and oil-free compressors.

So what are you waiting for? Grab your copy now!

    Dear Sir,
My rotary screw compressor trips on high temperature. I have checked the oil line for possible dirty and blockages, changed the oil and oil filter and also cleaned up the oil cooler. The ambient temperature is fine yet it trips after about 3 hours operation. This started after we replaced damaged/broken bearings from the service stage.
    What could be wrong?
