wont-start

I was using my compressor Saturday, it started running slow then quit.  it won't start at all and the oil level is full.  any suggestions?

Hi Nathan,

What kind of compressor is this? Rotary scew or piston?

Sounds like the compressor motor was overloading since it started running slow first.

There could be a blockage in the air piping, resulting in pressure built-up inside the compressor.

If it won't start at all right now, then probably the overload breaker has tripped. You will need to reset it first before you can try to start it again.
