Tow behind air compressor builds air but when service lines open it loses air

What possible areas should I be checking I replace a solenoid and now the cylinder idles compressor up but once I open service line valves the pressure drops and doesn't idle up again I'm thinking maybe a stuck service line valve but to be honest I am only guessing now It's a tow behind ingersall 230hp
