Suction regulator not closings

Hi , good day, I’m facing and issue on CompAir rotary compressor suction regulator dose not close and causes blow down pipe keep blowing out air .

kindly advise any solution on this matter , because I’ve checked with the electrical guy and they come back to me and say nothing wrong with electrical issue.
