Sanborn Air Compressor

My Twin Cylinder, Electric Motor Air Compressor was a very good unit. recently the pressure got weak and slowed down. The maximum pressure I can get now is 45 psi on both Tank and Regulated air pressure.) Then it started too slow down, almost to a stop, but I turn the power off.
