Rise temperature until Shutdown

Hi Mr. Cas, I have Atlas Copco GA30 10 bar. During load mode everything is fine, but during unload mode at first 1 minute temperature in the compressor goes down, but then it start rise until shutdown(120 C), intake valve is closed(ok). It seems that oil not going throw the compressor for cooling. I cleaned all hoses, valves, but problem still have. Its appear after service one of compressor, because I have 2, one lead, second lag. And surprisingly this happened with 2 compressors at the same time.
