Hi, In a oil-free screw compressor there are always two screw-elements: low pressure (LP) and high pressure (HP). They work in perfect harmony. One important measure to check the intercooler pressure. What is your intercooler pressure? And HP element inlet temperature? If the intercooler pressure has become too high, the high LP temperature could be a result of it. Please clean the intercooler. It that doesn't help, and intercooler pressure stays high, the problem is probably with the HP element. How many running hours does this compressor have? One last thing; please check the inlet filter. If they become too dirty, a vacuum is created before the LP element. This will also raise the LP temperature. Hope this helps! Please email me the extra info and I will have a look. Thanks Cas
