Bauer o13 diesel compressor not building pressure

Hi,

Does it give any error message? There's an warning and an alarm LED. It will flash X times to indicate different problems.

Also please check the lights of the inputs and outputs on the small PLC - there are some sensors like temperature and oil pressure that open when something is wrong.

And, this compressor as an unload mechanism using control air. At startup, there is no control air so it starts up unloaded - which is good.

There is a solenoid that should close a few seconds after start up. Then control pressure will built up and this will close the condensate drains in the intermediate stages.

Then, pressure should built up.
