NEW PROBLEM- NO OUTPUT!

Ok i resolved the previous question.
Compair 50ssmb
New problem: started up, compressor loaded, but no output past the aftercooler. Safety valve popped also. What could cause this situation?
I've gotta solve this quick! They're getting anxious up in the office! ?
