Kaeser SK26 over temp alarm

I live in a Celsius world :) , so - Alarm = 230 F = 110 Celsius - Normal running temp = 150-180 F = 65 - 82 Celsius - Ambien temp = 75 F = 24 Celsius Your previous running conditions sounds about perfect, so there must be going someting wrong indeed.. Did the problems start directly after the service? Was the correct type of oil used? Please also check if there is no obstruction in oil flow somewhere (a pipe, valve, etc). You can try to find this by measuring the temperature at several points (element out, separator vessel, oil filter, supply of oil to element). If there are very big temperature differences, this could indicate a blockage somewhere. Try to turn the motor/compressor element by hand when it is shut down (completely shut down and disconnect power source!). You should be able to turn it by hand, without any 'high points'.
