Kaeser Compressor showing idle status

Question

Hello, We have Kaeser compressor with sigma controller which is always showing idle status. If i press the load button on the sigma controller the led doesn't change to the loading status, and the unloaded led only blinks. If i directly connect 24vdc to the solenoid contact the compressor works. Please advise how can i change the compressor status from idle to loaded.

Recheck if someone has manually pressed idle button.

Check if controller works fine.

Check if only the LED illuminate or at actually it's not getting loaded.

Change controller
