IR compressor fuel problems

Hi-- Ingersoll Rand 185 Air Compressor--turns over but doesn't even think about starting. (Diesel) bled the lines, changed filers, fuel lines, check relays... At a loss as to what else should be checked. Not sure if the fuel can go bad with the additives they now put in the diesel, not a water problem. Help? Thanks for any input
