Ingersoll-Rand Rotary screw compressor oil carry over

Question
Hi, I have a problem with the oil carry over from my air compressor (Ingersoll-Rand, 37kW, 6.5 cubic meters per minute) Our air compressor are connected to 2 air filters (for dust and oil) and then to the air dryer. However, we are experiencing high amount of oil that is carried over from the air compressor to the air dryer: 1. The oil are purged out from the air dryer purging muffler, which causes the whole area to be oily and the desiccant inside the air dryer to malfunction frequently. 2. The air filters have their own drain device which now drains high amount of water (95% of total) plus a small amount of oil (5% of total) We have one main unit of air compressor which is run 24/7 and an additional supporting unit which are run when necessaryonly (around 30 minutes per time and 10 times per day). I have read about your previous posts regarding air temperature and our air compressor is run at around 85 degree Celsius for the main unit, and the standby unit usually ranges between 60 to 85 degrees Celsius when it is running. Hope that you can help me identify the problem and thanks in advance Harry
