How to repair a broken piece of fuel tank system drain under

Does a 1991 LeROI 185 w John Deere have a diesel drain under the tank? I banged the bottom when I had a flat and all the fuel leaked out. There is no manual and I don’t know what it looked like prior. Where can I find out what part I need or if can I plug it?
