We have a compressor, Atlas Copco GA200 oil-injected rotary screw compressor. We want to know about its load/unload valves, thermostatic valves, check valves, how to work with diagram & also know air&oil cycle through complete diagram.

Hi,

The load/unload is done by the inlet valve, also called 'unloader valve'. I have created a whole webpage about it, which explains how it works.
You can find it on this page: inlet valve.

The thermostatic valve I explained in another troubleshooting question, you can find it here.

The general working and flow of oil/air is explained on the oil-injected rotary screw compressor page.

I will email you the manual and parts list of the GA200 compressor. In the manual it is very clearly explained how it works, with diagrams and everything.

Good luck. Any more questions please let me know.
