Help with buying compressors.

Please help me choose a scuba diving compressor. I want to fill 20 tanks per day for a diving operation in the Bahamas. I need it to be as little maintenance as possible, I would like it to take around 8 minutes to fill each tank but 2 at a time. I also need to make sure there are people near Freeport Bahamas who can service it when necessary. What do you recommend? Regards, Jenny.
