GA7 not 'unloading'

Hello, i have an Atlas Copco GA7 which is not going to unload. The complete inlet valve has new seals en there is a new solenoid valve. But when the the compressor reaches his 9 Bar the solenoid valve is going to blow from the top, but the pressure keeps going up. When the compressor stops there come's a lot of oil out of the air intake. Can you help me with this problem? Thank. Freek jensen, Germany
