What is the exact message that get's displayed?
Does this unit has the Elektronikon 1 or Elektronikon Mark 3 controller (with the F1/F2/F3 keys below the display)?
This compressor has 4 safety stops:
- Compressor element temperature
- Defective pressure sensor
- Motor overload
- Emergency stop pressed
If the compressor 'thinks' the emergency stop is pressed, while it wasn't, then probably there is a loose contact.
Carefully wiggle all wires that go to the emergency stop. Do the same on the controller
On the Elektronikon 1 controller it connects to connector 2X9 - pin 1.
On the Elektronikon Mark 3 controller is connects to connector 2X9 - pin 3.
