Hi, we're having a problem with one of our ZT90 screw compressors.
In compression cycle it works ok. But when discharging the temperature at first stage outlet begins to rise until compressor trips
at 220°C.
While compressing this temperature is around 180°C. What is possible happening here?

Hi Sergio,
Could you please give me all temperatures and pressures during loading and unloading:
Low pressure element inlet and outlet T
High pressure element inlet and outlet T
intercooler pressure
Above readings for both loaded and unloaded
I will see if I can make sense of it :)
