Cut-in setting not work

My HITACHI Piston compressor is having a problem. Compressor run until reach Cut-out pressure. And then it stop automatically. After that I used air. But the problem is here, motor doesn't start automatically again when tank pressure reach to cut-in pressure. How can I troubleshoot step-by-step? Is there any idea parts,which might be problem?
