Compressor stages not build up.

We had water get into the oil on our online compressors. We drained oil and replaced all 4 stage inlet and outlet valves. We also rebuild the automatic condensate block. The compressor will build 50psi in first stage like normalThe second stage will only build to 100psi. The stage normally builds to~300psi. The 3rd stage and 4th stages are not building any pressure. The 3rd normally builds 1100psi and the 4th is set to shut off at 4500psi.Compressor stages not building up
