compressor not working

Sir, Its been week that my compressor is not working well and i have tried every ways to get rectified but every time i try it fails.So sir, do kindly help me please! and here is the some problem i have noted down for your easy reference and also the model no. of compressor. 1)compressor model no. GX11 2)racking sound at the service stage. 3)Excessive temperature at the service stage your immediate help would be highly appreciated. with regards.
