champion 3z172 pump leaking oil on tubes to block

I have a champion (s20?) 3Z172 pump 5 hp 230V compressor and have been unable to locate parts manual, service manual and its leaking oil from output tubes at the block before entering tank. I have not run this much and was going to use in industrial setting and want to repair, rebuild before permanent damage is done. It also appears to have oil leaking from opposite of flywheel side near base. Where do I find manuals and parts to repair/rebuild.
