Question

Hi. When my compressor is switched on it makes a

humming noise and won’t start up.

I would appreciate any information you might have

im regards to the problem

Hi Bill, What kind of compressor is this? If it's an electrical - please check the electro motor, the wiring and the main contactors. It sounds like a problem with one of the phases - either in the contactor, the wiring, or one of the windings in the electro motor. Good luck! Let me know what you find Cas
