I have Atlas Copco XRHS-506 portable compressor with diesel engine and i’m facing many control problem and want to know the following pls:
1- how does the speed controller change the speed depending on pressure?
2- what is the typical inter stage pressure/temperature?

Which diesel engine does this model have? The Caterpillar?
This speed is adjusted electronically. The compressor controller send a signal to the engine controller. This is unfortunately very hard to diagnose.
I'm not sure about the interstage pressure, I think it will be about 5 bar?
What kind of problems are you exactly facing with this machine?
