Hi,
When was the last time you changed the oil separator? The oil separator is the part that removes the oil from the compressed air before it leaves the compressor. It is installed inside the small air tank.
Does this compressor run very hot? When the oil is very hot, the oil separator will not function 100%.
How do you shut down the compressor? Before shutting down, you should close all the outlet valves and let run idle for some time. If not, oil will spill over at shut down to the air lines.
Hope this was helpful, let me know if you need more help. Good luck!
