Atlas copco GA75+
I have an atlas copco compressor that over heats just after it starts to load. First I turn it on and wait for it to go through it’s steps but as I’m waiting for it to load it’s already over 200 degrees. Thermal valve was just replaced by me today, cooler cleaned, oil level is full... what am I missing? Last I knew the hat switch was replaced not to long ago. I suppose I can ask if they have an extra one but don’t want to waste a spare part of this isn’t the issue

I think your compressor fault is about oil stop valve. it do not open completely and it cause to your element do not lubricate and your element temperature increase.
