Atlas Copco GA37FF Oil Separater element getting clogged within 1 month

Hi Admin, Myself is a marine engineer and responsible for maintenance of air compressor onboard. we have Atlas copco Stationary rotary air compressor GA37FF. Problem i am facing is Oil separater element is getting clogged within 1 month, and safety valve is lifting once compressor is in loaded condition, If i m changing the oil separator element with a new one,compressor runs normal for one month.Average life of oil separator element is 6 months as per maker.I dont know why this is happening. I have already overhauled the unloader and solenoid valve and they are in good condition. I will be thankful if you can help. regards anuj engineer nyk shipmanagement pte ltd. singapore
