Alup Compressor air end blocked

dear sir,
please note that we are having a problem in our compressor. the panel is giving us an error( 0912 d ) and it says (open circuit). can you please explain what the problem is.

Hi,
I don't know this error and can't find anything about it.
But, it sounds like an electrical problem. Please check all connections on the main contactors - I suspect it's one of the feedback contacts that let's the control module know if the contactor is open or closed.
(there should be 3 big contactors: line, star and delta. Since star and delta contactors can -never- be energized at the same time, there are auxiliary contacts on each contactor that prevent this, either directly, or by feedback to the main control unit).
