Alas ZA6 tripped due to motor overload

Dear Sir, Recently my Alas ZA6 often tripped after working time from 30 minutes to 2 hours with warning of motor overload. I have checked some items such as: motor shaft as mechanical part, cable connection. It was started again and working normally, after 1 month now it trip again. Please tell me how to resolve this problem. Thanks in advance!
