air compressor Vespa maid in Taiwan

hi! i have a vespa air compressor made in taiwan. i'm here in philippines right now and unfortunately there's no manual for this ac. i think my dad have this ac for quite awhile. it's not building much air, so i change the automatic switch and there's air leak on the air comp contact switch. i applied epoxy metal adhesive but it still leak. so i disassembled my ac and drained it. now on the process of painting it. 1/4hp no cfm indications on the label of ac. is there any manual you can help me with after painting?
