air comp continue loading?.i am replaced intake&,solenoid valve& pressure switch

Hi Krishna, Please check if there is power going to the solenoid. Do you hear it CLICK when you switch from load to unload? If no, check all electrical connections. If yes, then all this is OK and the problem is with the inlet valve itself. Often it simply gets stuck in open or closed position. Depending on the design, it could also be that some seals are leaking which prevents (control) pressure from building up to close the valve. Good luck!
