High temperature could be too high inter-cooler pressure (high pressure element is not working properly), or the inter-cooler is dirty on the inside. It could also simply means the low pressure element is bad.

Or it could be due to bad cooling: not enough cooling water (if water cooled) or too high ambient temperature (if air cooled).
