Hi Sir,


Recently i faced problems mentioned above in the topic. here are some data captured during tripped. this is for the high HP element tripped

Compressor Outlet Pressure:113psi

Oil Pressure:52psi

Intercooler Pressure:35psi

Compressor Outlet T:101F

Element 1 Inlet T:303F

Element 1 Outlet T: 403F

Element 2 Inlet T:105F

Element 2 Outlet T:537F

Cooling air in T:98F

Oil T:130F


at times this compressor also tripped on Condensate drain AC not ok. how do i solve both this issue.

correction and additional observation.

it's for Atlas Copco ZT250.

Problem happened during unloading. as the compressor hit the unloading set point of 125psi, it seems that the HP element temperature rose so fast. i'm thinking of the check valve.

what do you think?
