I would like to know the acceptable oil carry-over limt in the condensate of oil flooded compressor.

Hi Mohammed,

Normal oil-carry over for screw compressors is a few PPM (parts per million).

Water from your condensate drain normally feels oily and looks white/brownish when discharged.
