Ingersoll Rand High Temp Shutdown

Hi, I have an Ingersoll Rand SSR UP6-30-125 that keeps faulting out for overtemp.

What I have done is drained all fluid, emptied the air tank and ensured no water was left in tank. I pulled the Radiator and flushed it and the lines, cleaned the radiator with coil cleaner. Put everything back together with new synthetic fluid, new separator, new oil filter, new air filter, new pre-air filter.

It will run for about 15 minutes before faulting out high air temp.

The compressor is located indoors in a semi-air conditioned area and exhausts outside the building. It has a twin unit right next to it that runs 24/7 no issues.

I was thinking either temp switch or thermostat but the manual doesn't mention them as a remedy to this type of problem. Any help would be tremendous!

Thank you!

I'm having the same issue with my Ingersoll Rand UP6-15. I didn't see any responses to your post but was hoping you came across a solution? I'm thinking temp switch / thermostat as well. Was that the issue?

Thanks!
