GA200 atlas copco screw compressor oil injection

I am working on GA200 atlas copco twin element compressor When compressor is unload its oil injection increase hence its element outlet tempture increases and compressor is trip on high tempture.


On other side this compressor is working normal on load position.


please tell me what i can do?

Hi Salman,

If the compressor temperature goes UP when the compressor unloads, it is usually caused by bad oil injection into the screw element / bad circulation.

Please check the oil lines, oil filter and all pressure blow-off holes.
